- 2 hinges
- Grout
- Tile
- Tile, mirror, old records
- Primer
- Paint
- Brushes

You can pre-made tiles in the house imporvemtn local store and break them into smaller pieces themselves. And old china plates can also be divided into small tiles. I find great pre made and pre cut square mosaic tiles on the art and craft store all the time. These are expensive however.
Buy some glass cut so you can design your own pieces as you like. They are sold at home imporvemtn shops, art supply stores, and art and craft shops.
Now, to begin applying your mosaic tiles I recommend working in sections. This means, add some glue to the back of your individual tile and place it in the correct location on the fireplace screen. If you slip on and then try to glue tile, you will not be able ot see your design on the fireplace screen.
Now, when the mosaic tile pieces are dried in place on the fireplace screen you can grout. Make sure you read how long your specific tile adhesive must add before baking.
You can use pre made grout or mix your own money.
Use a trowel to apply the grout liberally on every screen. Let it dry a haze, wipe off with a sponge to a clean and clear.
Now, when the mortar is dry on your mosaic tile fireplace screen flip over and lay face down.
Install a hinge between the middle and pay each of the outer pieces. Install so that the screen door to the rear.
